Summary of Job Purpose
Job Duties and Responsibilities
This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities of and the qualifications for the position. - Demonstrate an on-going commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This involves interacting with guests in a courteous manner, and being able to answer questions professionally.
- Safely and courteously driving busses on public roads.
- Daily vehicle inspections and log books.
- Reporting any vehicle maintenance needs to Vehicle Maintenance Dept.
- Refueling of busses.
- Installing and un-installing tire chains.
- Communicating with Supervisor regularly regarding parking lot and road congestion
- Managing guest behavior on busses and referring issues to Manager as required.
- Managing snow buildup on busses to avoid creating road hazards.
Job Qualifications
- At minimum, current class B license with passenger transportation endorsement.
- Must posses a valid driver's license and meet the Motor Vehicle Record qualifications as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Be in good physical condition, as this position requires working at altitude and in inclement weather.
- Ability to install and uninstall tire chains.
- Ability to accurately follow directions.
- Be aware of the ski area services, terrain and facilities.
- Be well groomed and present a good public image.
- Possess the ability to read, speak, and to write English legibly.
- Be punctual, honest, trustworthy and possess good judgment
